A seasonal $1,000 membership fee must be made to retain membership at The Party Barn. You may pay for your membership over the phone by Credit Card, Stop by the Party Barn and pay by credit card or mail a check, made out to 610 Party Barn to 610 Banner Elk Hwy, Banner Elk, NC 28604.

Yes, the Chef request that all members pick out what they would like to eat before coming for their reservations. You can contact the manager at 828.737.2700 Thursday to Monday From 10am to 2pm to place your order.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY?
Our Chef has carefully planned out menus, please share any allergies within your party to The Party Barn team prior to reservations. The Chef will do his best to accommodate allergies restrictions but can not be guaranteed.
WHAT TIME IS DINNER?
We ask guests to arrive between 6-6:30 PM to give an adequate time for cocktailing before we seat everyone at 7:00 PM.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR DINNER?
The Party Barn requires a Country Club Casual attire that is intended to embody a relaxed, mountain club lifestyle feel. Barnyard Chic and Business are acceptable. Clothing NOT permitted at any time includes tank tops, cutoffs, shorts, attire that exposes the midriff, swimwear, beach attire, clothing imprinted with inappropriate language, anything frayed, any denim that has holes or frayed hems will not be accepted.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes, you will be charged $50.00 per seat for any cancellations within 6 days or less of your reservation date. If you decide to cancel within 3 days or less of your reservation date, there is a fee of $160 per seat. We will do our best to fill those seats, if we are able to book a reservation in your place, you will not be charged. As a small fine dining restaurant, we are greatly impacted by last minute cancellations.
CAN I HOST AN EVENT AT THE PARTY BARN?
Currently, we are not allowing large private events at The Party Barn.
HOW DOES THE PARTY BARN RAISE MONEY FOR HCCF?
The goal for The Party Barn is to have an experience for a one-of-a-kind dining with a live chef, a fun, and joyful atmosphere where all profits from The Party Barn will be donated directly to The High Country Charitable Foundation
, which gives back directly to the people and animals in need of Avery County.
