How do I secure my event date?

This is a first-come-first-serve basis. Be advised your event date is not secure until the event contract is signed, and the deposit is paid.


What is the Party Barn’s event season?

May 1 st – Oct. 31st


Pricing?

Handicap Accessible?

Yes, the barn is mostly one level, and we provide his & her bathrooms that are handicap accessible.


What does the rental fee include?

The rental fee includes the venue, provided tables and chairs, use of firepit and catering kitchen.


Does the Party Barn have a catering kitchen?

Yes, the Party Barn has 2 fully functioning kitchens.


Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, you can provide alcohol for your guests, and all alcohol must be served by a certified bartender. ALL events serving Liquor & Spirits at the Party Barn are required to purchase a “Limited Special Occasion Permit” from the state of NC. We also encourage all contracted renters to purchase Liquor Liability Insurance in addition to the permit. You may serve beer & wine below 16% without a permit.

Does the Party Barn allow smoking?

We have a strict no smoking policy on the premises.


Are pets allowed?

No, due to safety of the pets and other guests, the Party Barn does not allow pets.


Am I responsible for any of the cleaning?

All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All the tables should be cleared. The kitchen and bar should be free of food and beverages and wiped down. After all the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property.


What is the maximum capacity for seated and standing arrangements in the
space?

The Party Barn has provided seating with tables for 46 patrons inside, with 16 additional seating outside. Any additional seating needed will be the responsibility of the renter. We are limited seating at a max of 75 patrons. We are limited standing at a max of 100 patrons.


What are the special rates for non-profits?

Special rates can be discussed with local Avery County 501c3’s.


Does the Party Barn have on-site parking?

Yes, we are limited on parking to 30 vehicles and suggest using a local shuttle service.


Does the Party Barn have a preferred vendor list?

Yes, the Party Barn does have a preferred vendor list, and is highly recommended.


Does the Party Barn provide linens, plates, glassware, etc.?

No, the Party Barn does not provide those items.


Does the Party Barn have WIFI?

Yes, the Party Barn has WIFI.

Pay a seasonal membership fee of $1,000 directly to 610 Party Barn to gain access to the fine dining, membership fee must be paid prior to making reservations. To inquire about membership, email 610partybarn@gmail.com.
