NORTH CAROLINA CHARITIES
The High Country Charitable Foundation (HCCF) was born out of a small group of residents’ desire to give back to their community. The vision of HCCF is to provide for needy Avery County residents and animals by supporting local public charities and other private foundations.
Our goal is to use our efforts to keep expenses as low as possible with the majority of funds raised going to those in need — instead of overhead.
